A star streaked through the sky
A symbol for us to see
Stopped from time to time
By fear, without knowing
What the future held in store
For us to come together
Like a star, a shiny beacon in the night
We blazed a path
That many may never follow
A week of love I felt
An emotional tragedy
Caused by me, wondering
To be loved the same
As when a star streaked
Through the moonless night
