I can see the disappointment
That you try to hide
For my dreams fade
And my vision clouds
Because you cannot condone
The only life I have known
I now promise to you
That I shall stop doing the things
Causing you the most pain
I feel it and see it hide behind
All the love that you feel
Our love has touched many layers
Within ourselves, more than we care
To admit to me, to you, to everyone
No matter what happens
That bond between us
Shall be there, even after death
For we have marked each other
In a way only you and I shall know
